Bookings

Booking can be made telephone or email details on the website homepage. All bookings will be confirmed in writing via email. A booking will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

For those booking Weddings and Events packages, I strongly recommended you take out insurance to protect yourself in the event you may need to cancel.

Purchasing Your Photographs

All final images will be available for clients to purchase via a secure online portfolio with password. This portfolio will be available online for a minimum of six months after your photo shoot. You may give the password to as many friends and family as you please. High-resolution images may be purchased at an additional cost with restrictions on reproduction limited to personal use only.

You may also order your photographs/products directly from me via telephone or email. 

A brochure of available products can be emailed upon request.

Copyright

The 1998 Copyright Act protects photographers by giving the author of the photography exclusive rights to reproduce your photographs. This includes the right to control the making of copies.

It is illegal to copy or reproduce your photographs without the express written permission of the copyright owner and violators of this law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.

All images and rights therein, including copyright, remain the sole and exclusive property of Jacqueline Allott LRPS at all times throughout the world. Unless otherwise provided herein, any grant of rights from the photographer to the client is limited to the private, personal use of photographic material purchased by the client.

The photographer retains the right in all cases to use the photographs in any manner at any time and in any part of the world for the purpose of advertising or otherwise promoting her work without compensation to the client.

By booking and paying for your photoshoot you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
